Antonio Miller, CEO & President
Antonio is a HR Business Partner with 23+ years of experience providing strategic HR support in a variety of disciplines such as workforce planning, recruitment, change management and employee relations. He works within all functional levels to communicate and assist in the implementation of Human Resources policies, practices and procedures while Identifying opportunities to assist in implementing strategies that will further foster the relationship between corporate and joint ventures.
David Dexter, Managing Partner
David is a strategic HR Business Partner with 30+ years of experience providing HR support in a variety of disciplines such as talent management, change management, organizational design and development, recruitment, and employee relations. He works within all functional levels to coach and mentor in the implementation of Human Resources practices, policies and procedures to improve employee engagement, productivity and on time delivery (OTD).
